## Description

We're seeking a Startups Account Executive to join our Sales team at Brex, the intelligent finance platform that helps companies spend smarter and move faster. You'll work with founders, co-founders, C-Suite Executives, controllers, and VP's of Finance to generate net-new revenue and grow the Brex brand.

**Responsibilities:**

- Close net new business with a focus on professionally funded companies

- Manage accounts and provide strategic advice as a trusted advisor

- Engage with businesses throughout the sales cycle, including prospecting, product demonstrations, onboarding, and closing deals

- Develop strategic plans to close more companies and generate more revenue

- Focus on self-development with daily training and enablement

- Collaborate with Startups Ambassadors to bring in referrals

**Requirements:**

- 18+ months of Outbound B2B SaaS Sales experience, including 6+ months of closing experience

- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota, President's Club, or top 10% of your team

- Comfortable running discovery and closing conversations with C-suite decision makers

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

**Compensation:** The expected OTE range for this role is $100,000 - $125,000. The starting wage will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity.
