## Description

We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team at De Bijenkorf in The Hague. As a Beauty Expert, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience for our clients. You will be the expert in our products, able to advise and recommend the best solutions for each client's needs.

Responsibilities:

- Work at a fast pace to meet and exceed KPIs, feeling energized by achieving your goals and being the best version of yourself.

- Build solid relationships with team members and management, contributing to a sense of teamwork in all aspects of the role.

- Be a proponent of world-class craftsmanship and an impeccable customer experience, representing the Charlotte Tilbury brand and sharing your knowledge with clients one by one.

- Adapt your approach easily to activities, clients, and opportunities, staying open to towering success.

- Follow the company's standards for external appearance, knowing how to look good and not being afraid to show it.

Requirements:

- Preferably, you have some experience as a Sales Advisor, ideally in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG.

- You have the ambition to work for a beauty brand that turns the way beauty is seen on its head, and continues to grow.

- Ideally, you have experience with applying makeup and know how to adapt your style to different clients with different needs.

- You are a proponent of positivity and are able to think limitlessly, making your energy stand out.

- You receive feedback positively and bring suggested actions into practice easily.
