## Description

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Business Development Officer. As a key member of our Retail Banking Wealth team, you will be responsible for soliciting potential customers and providing them with tailored retail banking and wealth management solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Soliciting potential customers and providing them with retail banking and wealth management solutions that meet their needs

- Managing and following up on potential sales leads to explore referral opportunities

- Collaborating with Segment Specialists to organise marketing activities, customer events, and channel events to explore new business opportunities

- Working with the PRM / PRO / BDO Team to deliver wealth management solutions and banking services to target customers

- Maintaining the Group's internal control standards and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

- Responding to customer enquiries regarding our RB&W products and services in a timely and professional manner

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A Bachelor's degree or above

- Knowledge of retail banking business and services, as well as a good understanding of local customers

- Strong business development skills and a good service orientation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic reading and writing skills in English, with general knowledge of PC application software
