## Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our commercial team at Diageo. As a Commercial Role, you will be responsible for creating value for our clients and Diageo by developing authentic and exciting experiences that elevate consumer occasions and promote product trials.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Participate in the commercial planning cycle to propose and deliver activities that drive business growth

- Create value through attractive proposals that bring to life the 'triple win' (Client, Consumer, Category)

- Plan and execute monthly work plans, visiting key accounts and identifying objectives for each visit

- Manage commercial relationships between Diageo and assigned clients

- Ensure brilliant execution of brand activation plans and administer commercial agreements

- Analyze performance indicators such as sell-out, ROI, and P&L to determine effectiveness and profitability

- Act as an ambassador for our brands and Diageo to ensure client and consumer satisfaction

**Requirements:**

- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the drinks industry
