## Description

We are seeking ambitious graduate candidates to join our EMEA Graduate Rotation Program - Solution Engineering Path. This 12-month program is designed to give graduates exposure to both solution engineering and sales. As a graduate on this path, you will have the opportunity to lay the foundation for a fast-paced, successful career in solution engineering.

**Program Structure:** The program is structured as follows:

- Introduction Month: Receive extensive onboarding enablement through a Salesforce-style academy

- Rotations: Experience both the Solution Engineering Path and the Sales Path, spending 60% of your time immersed in the role and 40% on role-specific learning

**Responsibilities:** As a graduate on this program, you will:

- Learn our solutions at a deeper, more technical level

- Work closely with the Solution Engineering organisation, supporting the creation of cutting-edge customer demonstrations

- Learn Salesforce’s best-in-class prospecting and qualification methodologies

- Collaborate with Sales Development Specialists to run campaigns and help build sales pipeline for the EMEA Sales organisation

**Requirements:**

- 2025 or 2026 graduate (minimum bachelor’s degree)

- Academic background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science/Data Engineering, Information Systems, or other adjacent disciplines

- Fluent in English and Hebrew

- Creative problem-solver, relationship builder, and growth mindset

- Curious, self-motivated, and focused on continuous learning

- Thrive in a team environment, excellent interpersonal skills, and goal-oriented
