## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you’ll play a vital frontline role in delivering a market leading customer experience.

You’ll be operating in a high-demand environment, rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in, no matter how busy the day gets. You’ll create genuine 1 to 1 connections with customers through fitting appointments and style advice, tapping into your knowledge of the latest trends and tailoring your recommendations to their unique needs.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing 1 to 1 styling in suits and a five-star bra fit experience

- Offering tailor-made beauty routines

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to provide a personalised five-star service

- Adapting to where you’re needed, when you’re needed

Working Pattern:

- Monday 15:00 - 22:00

- Thursday 14:00- 22:00

- Friday 14:30pm - 23:00

- Saturday 14:00 - 23:00

Note: The + £3.00 p/h unsocial premium is only added on any hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
