## Description

Spire St Anthony's Hospital is looking for a Theatre Manager to join their dedicated team. This role is ideally suited to a dynamic, motivated, and inspirational leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

As Theatre Manager, you will lead by example, driving excellence in patient care, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of theatre services across a busy department.

The multispecialty unit offers the opportunity to expand your skills and expertise, with six operating theatres covering a wide range of specialities and procedures including Ortho, Gynae, Cardio-thoracic and many other surgical specialties.

The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background, orthopaedic experience, and management and leadership experience in a Senior Theatre position. They will be HCPC or NMC Registered with no restrictions or conditions on practise.

Key responsibilities include:

- Monitoring and assisting in the delivery of patient care

- Providing clinical and managerial leadership

- Acting as a role model and mentor to clinical staff

- Encouraging, developing, and enhancing the skills and knowledge of others and self

- Ensuring Clinical Governance and Risk management are embedded within daily practice

- Building effective controls to ensure the Department's Key Performance Indicator and financial targets are achieved
