## Description

We are seeking an experienced Server-Side Software Engineer to join our product and platform development team. As an integral part of our team, you will collaborate with multiple teams to deliver high-quality and highly scalable products.

Responsibilities:

- Develop product features for 820M monthly active users, scaling to 100K+ RPS

- Take ownership of product features and ensure their quality

- Write clean code with proper test coverage

- Review others' code to meet organization standards

- Build reusable modules and libraries for future use

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of medium to large-scale server-side software development experience

- Good knowledge of CS fundamentals: data structures and time complexity of algorithms

- Proficiency in a backend programming language like Clojure or Java

- Familiarity with Posix compliant operating systems

- Experience with CLI tools for day-to-day tasks

- Unit testing experience

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)

Nice to Have:

- Knowledge of functional programming (Clojure)

- Experience with MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Postgresql at scale

- Frontend development knowledge, especially JavaScript and React
