## Description

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at The Bridles Care Home in Wincanton.

As Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen team, creating nutritious and appealing menus, maintaining excellent food safety standards, and delivering an exceptional dining experience for our residents.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing stock and budgets

- Supporting and developing your team

- Ensuring every meal meets the highest quality standards

This is a permanent, full-time position with a more structured working pattern than many traditional hospitality kitchens, offering early shifts, mid shifts, and alternate weekend working.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Strong people leadership skills

- Experience managing kitchen operations and budgets

- Food safety knowledge and compliance experience

- Passion for delivering excellent food and customer service
