## Description

We are seeking a qualified professional to join the Syndicated Lending team within the Global Trade Finance Lending division in the Corporate Bank. The team works on a global lending portfolio across countries.

The key responsibilities will be:

- Review of LMA and LSTA governed facility agreements and understanding technical clauses to set up deals in LS2

- Reconciliation of data between systems for newly booked deals or amendments

- Preparation of fee invoices

The ideal candidate will have:

- 5-8 years of experience in understanding of loan agreements, i.e. familiarity with legal language, LMA standards etc.

- Very strong proofreading skills of legal credit documents, professional negotiation skills.

- Knowledge and experience working with loan, collateral, and limit reservations platforms

- Profound MS Office experience.

- Decision-taking, time management, coordination, organisational & excellent analytical skills.

- Ability to work under extreme pressure and against very tight timelines.

- Advanced & effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

- Strong team spirit and ability to establish a solid network in an international, diverse and dynamic environment.

- Strong leadership, control oversight, NFR management, result oriented.

- Ready to work on CET working hours.
