## Description

We are seeking a Casual Health Club Receptionist to join our team at The Goodwood Estate. As a Casual Health Club Receptionist, you will be the friendly face who sets the tone for someone's entire day. You will be responsible for greeting guests and members, handling check-ins and check-outs, and keeping the front desk running smoothly.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet guests and members in a friendly and welcoming manner

- Manage the front desk, including bookings, schedules, and guest queries

- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and with a smile

- Send and reply to messages and emails in a clear and friendly manner

- Help maintain the cleanliness and safety of the health club

- Share guest feedback and contribute to the ideas team to continuously improve

- Promote our offers and help upsell services in a natural and helpful way

**Requirements:**

- Confident communication skills and a natural people-person

- Organised, dependable, and calm under pressure

- Genuine interest in wellness, fitness, and making people feel good

- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
