## Description

Electronic Arts is seeking a Development Manager to oversee QA project planning and execution with studio partners. The successful candidate will collaborate with development teams and QA peers to coordinate project schedules, strategize tests, and manage project metrics.

Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Oversee project schedules, ensure timely delivery of milestones, balance scope, timelines, and overall project quality

- Team Leadership and Collaboration: Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders, conduct regular meetings, communicate project expectations and progress updates

- Resource Management: Determine and manage resource requirements for the project, handle capacity planning, scheduling, and tracking of tasks

- People/Talent Management: Manage, mentor, and support QA team members, conduct performance reviews, career development, and training

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience

- 3+ years of experience in leadership roles in QA and project management roles

- 3+ years of people management experience

- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and bug tracking tools

- Understanding of software development processes

- Stakeholder management and communication skills

- Experience with white-box/gray-box testing techniques
