## Description

RBC Dominion Securities is a leading wealth management firm seeking a resourceful, efficient, and collaborative individual to join their team as an Associate. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service and support to clients and Advisor teams, maintain client accounts, and work with Investment Advisors to manage client portfolios and wealth management planning opportunities.

**Responsibilities:**

- Respond to incoming telephone and email contacts from clients, advisors, and internal and external partners

- Support Investment Advisors in general administrative duties and preparation of client reviews and presentations

- Request information and documentation from clients to open accounts and keep client files up to date

- Follow up on client trades and monitor pending transfers

**Requirements:**

- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) and/or Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE)

- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills

- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English

**Nice-to-haves:**

- Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities' systems and procedures

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the securities industry

The expected base salary range for this position is $36,000 - $45,000. This position may be eligible to receive a discretionary/variable incentive payment up to 1.0x base salary.
