## Description

You will join our Site Supervision team in Gloucester, right at the start of WSP's long-term professional services contract for Gloucestershire County Council (GCC).

Your time will be split between working at Shire Hall, Gloucester, on construction sites or in site offices.

You will work within a team of established professionals with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the management of highways related construction in the county.

Your role involves discharging the duties of Supervisor under the NEC Contract, verifying that work is delivered in accordance with the design and specification, and working alongside the NEC Project Manager to notify Defects, raise Early Warnings and Compensation Events.

We are looking for someone with:

- A good knowledge of highways construction methodology

- A mature and self-aware approach to achieving high standards of health and safety

- A keen eye for detail, and the ability to work accurately and methodically

- Evidence of being a confident communicator

- Familiarity with the NEC Construction Contracts will be advantageous, but not essential
