## Description

BlackRock's Telecommunication Expense Management (TEM) team plays a crucial role in managing the company's telecommunications expenses globally.

As the Manager of the Mobility team, you will be responsible for mobility services, managing a budget exceeding $13 million, handling invoice and expense management for all mobility vendors, and ensuring timely payments whilst maintaining an accurate inventory of all services.

Your responsibilities:

- Serve as the Global Service Owner of Mobility Services.

- Collaborate with senior management of key partners at BlackRock, including Finance, SVM, Legal & Compliance, Mobile Engineering, Unified Communications, and Deskside teams.

- Serve as a primary escalation contact for global mobility partners, addressing customer concerns related to critical issues.

- Coordinate a distributed team of five staff members situated in different locations, guiding them through day-to-day activities, projects, work distribution, objective setting, and career growth opportunities.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 7+ years of managerial experience in the Mobile telecommunications field.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and managerial skills.

- Skilled in operating within matrix structures, cultivating strong vendor partnerships, and communicating across all levels of an organization.

- Experience with automation, AI, and Copilot for metric reporting is preferred.

- Strong communication skills and proven ability to perform well under high-pressure situations.

- Detail-oriented mindset and ability to meet assertive deadlines for the delivery of telecom services.
