## Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for Machine Tools to join our team at AVL SCHRICK Performance Components GmbH in Remscheid, Germany.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on high-precision machines and systems independently. Your goal will be to ensure the technical availability of the systems and contribute to smooth production processes.

Key responsibilities:

- Carry out maintenance and repair work on high-precision machines and systems

- Ensure the technical availability of systems and contribute to smooth production processes

- Analyse faults, identify causes of errors, and sustainably resolve technical problems

- Perform repairs and preventive maintenance measures to minimise downtime

- Document completed work, maintenance, and repairs transparently and reliably

- Collaborate closely with production, manufacturing, and other specialist departments to continuously optimise system performance

Requirements:

- Completed technical training, e.g., as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics engineer, electronics engineer for operating technology, or comparable qualification

- Experience in the maintenance and upkeep of machines and systems

- Knowledge of fault diagnosis and mechanical, pneumatic, or electrical systems

- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style

- High sense of responsibility and safety awareness

- Team spirit and pronounced service orientation
