## Description

HSBC México is seeking a Sales and Service Advisor to join our team in Lindavista, Gustavo A Madero, Mexico.

As a Sales and Service Advisor, you will improve customer experience at the branch and digital platform, promoting our products and services to current and potential clients.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Managing sales and providing the best advice to customers according to their needs

- Finding alternative channels to increase profitability in the branch

- Working in a dual function to enhance customer experience and promote sales

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, or Finance (completed or in progress)

- Knowledge of banking products

- At least 1 year of sales experience

- At least 6 months of customer service experience

- Experience in sales, preferably in the financial or banking sector
