## Description

We are seeking a Compliance & Privacy Specialist to join our team. As a Compliance & Privacy Specialist, you will be responsible for the operational success of TransPerfect's Compliance & Privacy Programs, ensuring successful completion and delivery of tasks and deadlines required by regulatory, statutory or other requirements.

**Responsibilities:**

- Take ownership and handle all DSR requests; oversee deadlines, outstanding requests, communication and assignment of required tasks.

- Lead investigation and drafting DSAR.

- Manage stakeholder communication around Compliance and Privacy.

- Participate in internal audit activities.

- Ability to travel and/or have flexibility to work in different time-shifts to work with clients and colleagues worldwide.

- Innovate for continuous improvement in internal processes.

- Thorough understanding of project management; able to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines and goals.

- A team player with a flexible and creative approach.

- Ability to analyze and adopt/implement new requirements, programs and/or technology related Compliance and Privacy.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in native language as well as in English.

- Attention to detail.

- Ability to learn new skills quickly.

- Exceptional problem-solving/critical thinking skills.

- Excellent knowledge/experience using MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum 2 years experience in relevant Compliance and Privacy area, with Bachelor's degree or its equivalent; or

- Minimum 1 year experience in relevant Compliance and Privacy area, with lawyer certification in relevant specialty, and/or relevant certifications, such as CIPP, CIPM.

- Experience having worked with a high-performance, collaborative, constructive peer group.
