As a Senior Manager Supply Chain Ops Planning, you will drive efficient and reliable supply by collaborating across supply chain planning and cross-functional teams to align resources, systems, and schedules with customer demand.

**Your Tasks and Responsibilities:**

- Own Site Supply Planning Performance: accountable for end-to-end supply planning, including scenario development and execution, ensuring alignment to customer demand, site priorities, and performance targets;

- Drive Operational Excellence & Risk Mitigation: leads planning across product and asset level, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to optimize service, cost, and inventory outcomes;

- Enable Materials & Supplier Integration: ensures alignment of component forecasting, material supply, and supplier collaboration to secure continuity of supply and support key business events;

- Lead Capacity, Resource & Financial Alignment: integrates capacity, workforce, and volume planning with financial forecasts to ensure delivery against business and site objectives;

- Influence Cross-Functional Alignment & Governance: acts as the planning representative within site leadership forums, driving alignment, decision-making, and transparency across functions;

- Advance Operating Model & Strategic Initiatives: leads and contributes to key initiatives, including lifecycle programs and PSS SC Pillar, while evolving the supply planning operating model to improve efficiency and responsiveness;

- Develop Talent & Drive DSO Culture: builds team capability through coaching and mentorship while embedding Dynamic Shared Ownership (DSO) principles to foster accountability, collaboration, and focus on high-impact priorities.

**Who You Are:**

- BA/BS required in Supply Chain management, business studies, computer science, industrial engineering, economics or an equivalent qualification;

- 5+ years of relevant operational experience in SCM, Manufacturing, Procurement, or Quality in the Life Science or FMCG industry;

- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and supply chain operations, including products, manufacturing processes, quality, and logistics;

- Expertise in supply chain planning tools (e.g., OMP, APO) and strong understanding of planning principles, inventory management, and data-driven decision-making;

- Working knowledge of legal, regulatory, and GMP/GxP requirements within a manufacturing environment;

- Proven ability to solve complex business problems, apply analytical techniques, and balance short-term execution with longer-term impact;

- Experience leading medium to high-complexity supply chain work, with strong decision-making, prioritization, and ownership mindset;

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and engage effectively across all organizational levels;

- Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration and shared accountability across cross-functional teams, aligned with Dynamic Shared Ownership (DSO) principles;

- Adaptable and resilient, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong focus on continuous improvement, change management, and operational excellence;

- Proven ability to coach and develop others, lead with purpose, promote inclusion, and build high-performing teams.

**Salary and Benefits:**

- Salary range: $131,600.00 to $197,400.00;

- Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive compensation;
