## Description

The BP Solutions team provides support to Human Resources Business Partners globally, contributing to and delivering insights and results for clients.

The ideal candidate will facilitate and execute business-specific and firm-wide talent practices through creating client-ready materials and reports.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze people data to generate insights and innovate to create scale across the enterprise and impact people decisions

- Ensure accurate data in Workday

- Generate and present HR data insights to diverse stakeholder groups

- Interpret and synthesize multiple data sources to translate into meaningful insights that support decision-making

- Hands-on experience with Workday, especially using dashboards and reporting

- Sharp attention to detail with a proven ability to uphold data accuracy and integrity across complex datasets

- Clear communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences

Required Qualifications:

- Highly proficient in Microsoft 365, with specialized expertise in Excel and PowerPoint

- Hands-on experience integrating automation and AI-driven tools within HR

- Experience in generating and presenting HR data insights to diverse stakeholder groups

- Ability to interpret and synthesize multiple data sources

- Hands-on experience with Workday

- Sharp attention to detail with a proven ability to uphold data accuracy and integrity

- Effective time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

- Clear communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- 2-4 years of experience working in a matrixed or global HR environment

- Understanding key HR metrics and KPIs

- Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Power BI

- Interest in or experience with process improvement, automation, or standardization initiatives
