## Description

Here's your chance to join Porsche. Porsche Zentrum Chemnitz is seeking a Service Advisor to strengthen our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the Porsche Service Core Process is followed, including scheduling appointments, preparing vehicles for service, and delivering high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Follow the Porsche Service Core Process to ensure timely and efficient service delivery

- Perform direct vehicle intake and provide customers with information about necessary work

- Explain repair costs and services to customers

- Manage external orders and coordinate with internal teams

- Actively sell service packages, parts, and accessories

- Maintain and develop customer relationships

Requirements:

- Completed training in a commercial or technical field, preferably with a Kfz-Meister certification

- Several years of experience as a Service Advisor

- Familiarity with Porsche products and models is desirable

- Self-motivated, structured, and reliable work style

- Excellent communication and team skills

- Strong customer service orientation and passion for the Porsche brand

- Valid driver's license (Class B)

- Proficiency in standard IT applications such as DMS, CRM, MS Office, and the internet
