## Description

As a Demi Chef de Partie Pizza with Princess Cruises, you will control the pace of production and drive the preparation process, ensuring quality and consistency in the pizzeria.

Key Responsibilities:

- Control the pace of production and drive the preparation process, ensuring quality and consistency.

- Supervise the 2nd Commis-Pizzeria during mise en place, pizza production, and baking of pizzas.

- Ensure production is executed according to Company recipes.

- Taste-test products and monitor mise en place during production.

- Maintain assigned section recipe files and adhere to daily production schedules.

- Monitor ingredient consumption and plan orders accordingly.

- Share responsibility for achieving cost targets in the Pizzeria.

- Perform tasks in a cost-efficient manner while adhering to quality standards.

- Strive to improve production methods, skills, and knowledge.

- Train staff and ensure compliance with Company, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

- 3 years of experience as a Pizza Maker with at least 2 years as a 2nd Commis Pizza.

- Recent experience in high-volume handmade pizza production.

- Knowledge of U.S.P.H. regulations and pizza-making procedures.

- Effective communication and supervision skills.

- Proficiency in English.
