## Description

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our Display Electronics sales efforts in India.

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing business development, strategic planning, and sales for focus market segments within Display Electronics.

Key responsibilities include:

- Identifying and penetrating key customer accounts

- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers

- Understanding customer pain points and providing solutions through 3M's product offerings

- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to stay up-to-date on the latest product developments and applications

- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet sales objectives

- Providing customer training and support

Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience in electronics or a related industry

- Background and exposure to Display Electronics, Consumer Electronics, or Automotive/Automotive Component segments

- Experience with light management solutions, tapes/adhesives, conductive materials, TIM, etc.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering from a reputable institution/university with Materials science/Electronics/Physics/Light/Optics as the major subject

- Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
