## Description

We’re seeking a Casual Health Club Receptionist who brings good energy, great attention to detail, and a passion for creating unforgettable first impressions.

As a Casual Health Club Receptionist, you will be the friendly face who sets the tone for someone’s entire day. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting guests and members warmly

- Managing the front desk, including bookings, schedules, and guest queries

- Handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently

- Sending and replying to messages and emails in a clear and friendly manner

- Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the space

- Sharing guest feedback and contributing to ideas for improvement

- Promoting our services in a natural and helpful way

We are looking for someone who is:

- A confident communicator and natural people-person

- Organised, dependable, and calm under pressure

- Genuinely interested in wellness and fitness

- A team player who wants to be part of a fun and supportive work environment

- Willing to learn and develop their skills

The rate of pay is £13.68 per hour for under 21s and £14.24 per hour for ages 21+, inclusive of holiday pay.
