## Description

We are seeking Occupational Therapists to join our team at TransPerfect Health in Augusta, GA. As an Occupational Therapist with us, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to the aging population in Senior Living and Skilled Nursing settings.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Conduct screenings, evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with state practice acts, plan of care, and company policies

- Help optimise functional self-care, independence, and quality of life for members of the aging population

- Accurately complete all required documentation in a timely manner

- Participate in required orientations, staff meetings, and in-service education

- In collaboration with the Director of Rehabilitation, develop robust therapy programs

- Provide clinical supervision to Therapy Assistants as indicated

- Follow all infection control procedures and OBRA Resident Rights Guidelines

- Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and effectively prioritise patient care

- Support compliance with all state and federal regulations

- Perform duties that may involve moderate to heavy physical demands

- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned

**Qualifications**

- Current or eligible Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice

- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
