## Description

We’re looking for a proactive Commercial Executive to join our team and provide vital support in managing insurer and distribution relationships, delivering commercial initiatives, and ensuring compliance with FCA regulations.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

- Assist in executing the commercial strategy through day-to-day operations and projects.

- Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

- Support onboarding and management of new distribution partners and capacity providers.

- Act as a point of contact for insurers, aggregators, and partners, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.

- Gather and analyse market data, competitor activity, and pricing trends to support decision-making.

- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations, GDPR, and internal policies.

- Support budget preparation, forecasts, and KPI tracking.

- Collaborate with colleagues across Marketing and Operations to ensure alignment on commercial initiatives.

**About the Candidate**

We’re looking for someone organised, analytical, and eager to learn. You’ll have:

- Experience in insurance, or financial services role (brokerage experience desirable).

- Exposure to motor and SME insurance products advantageous.

- Strong administrative and organisational skills.

- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.

- Good numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data reporting tools.
