## Description

We are seeking a Pre-operative Assessment Nurse to join our team at Spire London East Hospital in Ilford, Essex. As a Pre-operative Assessment Nurse, you will be responsible for making accurate patient observations, completing medical histories, and providing medication advice. You will be part of a supportive team delivering high-quality care to patients in the lead-up to their operations.

**Responsibilities:**

- Take responsibility for making accurate patient observations

- Complete medical histories

- Provide medication advice

- Work as part of a supportive team to ensure patients' health and wellbeing needs are met

**Requirements:**

- NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions

- Minimum 12 months of pre-operative assessment nursing experience

- General surgical experience desirable

- Compassionate with excellent patient care skills

- Strong communication skills

- Flexibility
