## Description

Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations at our Gateway M40 Banbury store. You'll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Managing stock and deliveries

- Keeping the shop floor full, clean, and ready for customers

- Working flexibly across the store where needed

- Using digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently

- Being a team player and supporting colleagues across the store

As a Customer Assistant in Operations, you'll need to be flexible, digitally confident, and able to work at a fast pace. You'll be working part-time hours, with set shifts on Tuesday to Saturday, and Sundays and Mondays off. However, due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
