Job Description:

We are seeking a Financial Manager to join our team in the Americas region. As a key member of our financial program, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our financial operations across the region.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for leading and developing a team of financial controllers, managing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as implementing financial systems and processes.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop a team of financial controllers

- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

- Implement financial systems and processes

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies

- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

- CPA or equivalent accounting certification

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and policies

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
