Hamilton House in Leigh Sinton, Worcestershire, is seeking Bank Support Workers to join their team.

The service provides residential support for six males and females who are autistic or have a learning disability. The goal is to improve the health and wellbeing of the people supported, helping them achieve positive outcomes and live healthy, happy, and independent lives.

### Key Responsibilities

As a Bank Support Worker, you will be part of a dedicated and compassionate team working together to ensure the smooth operation of the service. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with day-to-day operations

- Supporting care requirements

- Keeping things organised

- Ensuring spaces are well looked after
