## Description

We are looking for a Senior Executive to manage large, technologically enhanced high-end warehouse operations.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

- Manage and drive SOP and KPI for warehousing operations

- Achieve overall business goals and warehouse efficiencies

- Manage distribution, mid-mile logistics, and reverse logistics

- Identify root causes of inventory deviation and drive productivity

- Improve cost efficiency and implement FEFO & FIFO management

- Coordinate with dark store operations and engage with various teams

- Create an annual calendar for peak seasons and plan operations accordingly

**Preferred Candidate:**

- 3-4 years of experience in establishing and managing large warehouse and logistic operations

- Experience in F&V will be an added advantage

- Effective analytical, communication, and Excel skills

- Ability to work as a team player in a target-driven environment

- Experience managing a large team and working with 3PL partners

- Ability to think consumer-first and create innovative solutions
