## Description

We are seeking an organized and proactive Operations Manager to join our Collaborative Partnering practice. You will work alongside the team to shape how the practice operates, strengthen reporting, structure, and track operations, and help us grow without losing our collaborative culture.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Maintain visibility across the Collaborative Partnering pipeline and portfolio

- Develop practical reporting, tools, and processes for resource planning, capacity forecasting, and portfolio prioritization

- Use Oracle and other business systems to coordinate, analyze, and communicate operational and project performance data

- Support consistent approaches to portfolio management, project controls, auditing, reporting, and operational planning

- Identify opportunities for improvement using lessons learned, team feedback, and operational data

- Provide guidance and people management support to project coordinators

**Requirements:**

- Experience in operations, portfolio management, project controls, or practice management within a professional services environment

- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Confidence working with data, reporting, and enterprise systems like Oracle

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Collaborative and pragmatic mindset with a curiosity for building practical solutions
