Join the M&S Café team in Forestside Shopping Centre as a Christmas Customer Assistant. This part-time role involves providing excellent customer service, handling orders efficiently, and maintaining high food safety standards during busy periods.

As a brand ambassador, you'll make great food and drink recommendations, operate smoothly under pressure, and focus on delivering five-star service. Digital confidence is essential for using tools to take and fulfil orders quickly.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing warm, five-star service while handling orders efficiently

- Maintaining impeccable food safety standards

- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture

- Adapting quickly to meet customer needs and operational requirements

The working pattern is:

- Tuesday 14:00-18:00

- Thursday 14:00-18:00

- Saturday 14:00-18:00

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
