As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for carrying out culinary production in the assigned station in the Main Galley or other outlets according to Company recipes and specifications. You will adhere to the daily production schedule, ensure that assigned section recipe files are in order and well maintained, and regularly seek guidance from the Sous Chef or Chef de Partie.

Key responsibilities include:

- Carrying out culinary production in the assigned station in the Main Galley or other outlets according to Company recipes and specifications.

- Adhering to the daily production schedule, under the direction of the Sous Chef or Chef de Partie.

- Ensuring that assigned section recipe files are in order and well maintained.

- Regularly seeking guidance from the Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in executing production according to Company recipes.

You will also be expected to demonstrate an ongoing understanding of the ingredient consumption required for daily production, inform the Sous Chef or Chef de Partie when fluctuations occur, and continually coach subordinates in menu and recipe knowledge, production skills and culinary techniques.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess formal qualification in Culinary Arts from a recognized culinary training institution, minimum of four years of relevant experience in a high-volume culinary production environment, and strong knowledge of Western cuisines and public health and sanitation regulations and procedures.

In addition, you will need to be able to train and motivate Commis Chefs effectively, have good command of the English language, both verbal and written, and demonstrate motivation to excel in all aspects of job duties and responsibilities.

The position involves regular physical activity, including standing for extended periods and lifting or moving heavy items in line with operational requirements.
