## Description

We are seeking an experienced Agency Manager to join our team in FWD Tower, Hong Kong.

The Role: As an Agency Manager, you will execute and promote agency initiatives to achieve business targets, implement strategies to support agency productivity, oversee agency performance, facilitate strategic planning, handle enquiries, maintain a quality agency force, enhance communication between agency and internal departments, prepare reports, and support tied agency development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Execute and promote agency initiatives to achieve business targets

- Implement strategies and action plans to support agency productivity in business and recruitment

- Oversee and monitor agency performance to ensure alignment with the company's direction

- Facilitate strategic planning in responsible regions for achieving good production, recruitment, and persistence

- Handle enquiries from responsible regions to ensure business continuity

- Maintain a quality agency force by balancing selection and offering attractive and suitable recruitment offers

- Enhance communication and understanding between agency and internal departments

- Prepare Tied Agency reporting for local and regional requirements

- Support Tied Agency development initiatives if needed

The Person:

- University graduate with at least 10 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry

- Integrated knowledge in project and people management

- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent presentation, and negotiation skills

- Strong analytical and conceptual skills

- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
