## Description

Benefits are crucial yet often overlooked until life events occur. At Central, part of Mercury, we aim to simplify benefits administration with user-friendly software and exceptional service. As a Senior Benefits Account Manager, you'll work closely with clients to design and manage their benefits packages, ensuring seamless experiences and expert guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and guide customers through benefits packages tailored to their team's needs and stage

- Manage the end-to-end enrollment process accurately and timely

- Maintain up-to-date health insurance information in our systems

- Proactively communicate with customers to resolve issues promptly

- Develop and refine internal processes for efficient enrollment management

- Solve complex benefits problems involving carriers, platforms, and regulations

- Assist clients during renewal, helping them choose options and run open enrollment

Requirements:

- Active Life & Health broker license

- Experience in selling or administering small group benefits across multiple states, focusing on SMBs and startups

- Exceptional attention to detail and deep customer empathy

- Clear, direct communication skills, with the ability to explain complex benefits decisions simply

- High performance level, recognized by peers and those you've worked with
