## Description

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Personal Protection Division team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing the mining and industrial business in southern Peru, generating opportunities to present and promote 3M technology.

You will work closely with the Commercial Manager to develop and define sales plans and work schemes for key accounts. Your impact in this role will include:

- Developing key accounts in the mining and industry sectors

- Meeting assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

- Introducing new products to key accounts

- Managing meetings with production areas to conduct product testing

- Providing theoretical and practical training to customers and end-users

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- At least 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in the industrial sector, specifically in personal safety, fall protection, and industrial security

- A degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related field

- Availability to travel to mines (approx. 4000m above sea level) for 3 weeks per month

- Strong knowledge of fall protection systems, industrial rescue, and experience selling fall protection equipment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Intermediate English level

- A1 driver's license

- Residence in Arequipa or surrounding areas

Our work environment includes:

- Remote work with reporting to the central office in San Isidro, Lima

- National travel may be required

- No relocation available
