## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist I to join our Outpatient Rehabilitation team at Atrium Health Physical Therapy Union. As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate patients, select and administer assessment techniques, and synthesize information to establish an appropriate patient care plan. You will also provide evidenced-based intervention to work towards meeting patient goals, document evaluations and progress, and communicate with physicians and other clinical staff.

Responsibilities:

- Evaluate patients and develop patient care plans

- Provide evidenced-based intervention to meet patient goals

- Document evaluations, tests, and progress notes

- Communicate with physicians and other clinical staff

- Supervise PTAs and Rehab Tech/Aides as required

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy

- Applicable state license for Physical Therapy

- BLS certification

- Experience in Pediatric and Adult Neuro preferred
