## Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Placement Team, part of our People & Investments business at Marsh. This role will be based in Hong Kong.

The intern will assist with research, data analysis, market intelligence, and day-to-day team operations. This is an ideal opportunity for a final-year university student or recent graduate who is interested in employee benefits, insurance, consulting, or financial services.

**Responsibilities**

- Help Placement colleagues to prepare documentation and submissions for market, including specifications, loss records and summary reports

- Assist with collecting and comparing quotes for Placement colleague and reviewing existing client insurance and risk programs to ensure the accuracy of the documents.

- Help to maintain proper records and input the necessary information into the database to ensure the smooth continuation of the Placement process.

- Exercise a basic technical understanding of the Placement business to better assist the Placement Specialist.

- Assist in reviewing coverage specifications to be submitted to carriers/underwriters to ensure they are accurate.

- Provide general project and administrative support to consultants and account managers.

**Requirements**

- Currently pursuing a university degree or recently graduated, preferably in business, finance, economics, risk management, or a related discipline.

- Available to complete a full-time 6-month internship in Hong Kong.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel .

- Good analytical and numerical skills, with strong attention to detail.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Cantonese and/or Mandarin language skills are an advantage.

- Able to organize work effectively, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.

- Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.

- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
