## Description

Hewlett Packard Enterprise offers university students the opportunity to join a leading IT company and gain invaluable experience through our Internship Program (6 months, with the possibility to extend to 12 months).

As an Operations Risk Management Intern, you will support business continuity and operational assurance activities, develop dashboards, reports, and analytics, and use Microsoft Copilot and other AI-enabled tools responsibly.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting business continuity and operational assurance activities

- Developing dashboards, reports, and analytics

- Using Microsoft Copilot and other AI-enabled tools responsibly

- Creating and maintaining clear documentation, process materials, and project trackers

- Contributing to improvement projects involving risk, quality, controls, and operational processes

- Coordinating with team members and stakeholders, following up on actions, and communicating progress clearly

- Bringing fresh ideas and identifying practical opportunities to improve how the team works

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- To be currently enrolled as a student in a university degree program (all fields of study are welcome)

- Good English communication skills and native-level Romanian communication skills

- An interest in analytical work, dashboard creation, AI tools, and project-based activities

- The ability to organize information, manage priorities, and pay attention to detail

- Confidence using common Microsoft 365 applications and a willingness to learn new tools
