As a Trainee Average Adjuster, you will launch your career in marine and transportation claims adjusting, working on various marine claims, interpreting policies, assessing liability, and delivering outstanding service to clients across the Asia-Pacific region.

**Key Duties:**

- Assist in investigating and handling marine and transportation claims

- Support preparing average adjustment reports and documentation

- Liaise with clients, insurers, brokers, and surveyors under supervision

- Maintain accurate records and case files in line with regulatory standards

- Participate in training and development activities to build technical expertise

**The Skills You Will Have When You Apply:**

- A degree or equivalent qualification (law/maritime laws, maritime studies, or related fields preferred)

- A proactive and curious mindset, with a willingness to learn

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- IT literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Fluency in English & Chinese is essential; Mandarin is an advantage
