## Description

We're seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at Worthington Medical Center. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $35.50 - $52.00 per hour, plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering physical therapy programs to help clients/patients/residents recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Utilizing tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions following safeguards.

- Documenting client's/patient's/resident's information for evaluation; establishing therapeutic plans and modifying them if necessary.

- Educating clients/patients/residents and their family members about treatment plans/schedules and self-exercises to be continued at home.

- Knowledge of and utilizing appropriate age-related treatments and evaluations relating to the needs of clients/patients/residents.

- Demonstrating and incorporating knowledge of current research into daily treatment of clients/patients/residents.

This role requires a Physical Therapist license in the state(s) of practice and basic life support certification. You will also be expected to obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
