## Description

You will join Ubisoft's Global Content Creators department as a Creator Operations Project Manager Assistant intern for 6 months starting January 2027.

As a key member of the Creator Operations team, you will help implement and optimise processes and tools for managing campaigns with content creators.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Contributing to project management, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met

- Coordinating efforts between internal teams for smooth project execution

- Deploying new operational processes and training internal teams on new procedures

- Analysing and improving operational processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement

- Conducting competitive research and benchmarking to inform strategies for Global Content Creators

To succeed in this role, you should:

- Be a student with ideally some experience in project or product management

- Have strong project coordination and management skills

- Be diplomatic, have a team-oriented mindset, and good communication skills

- Be fluent in English (written and verbal)

- Be an advanced user of MS Office or Open Office, with knowledge of AI tools like Copilot, Claude, Figma, or Python being a plus

- Have a passion for the video game industry and content creators
