## Description

WSP is seeking a Manager, Management Consultancy for their Indianapolis, IN office.

The successful candidate will be involved in projects with US Advisory Services, focusing on water treatment projects for industrial and public agency clients.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing consulting services for water treatment projects, including drinking water, process water, and wastewater

- Overseeing technical quality and guiding junior staff

- Managing client service delivery on a project-specific basis

- Interfacing with clients to determine project goals and constraints

- Developing treatment process approaches and assessing facility performance issues

- Assisting with procurement documents and evaluating contractor proposals

- Developing risk profiles and facilitating risk workshops

- Collaborating with project teams to ensure successful project execution

The ideal candidate will have:

- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field

- 7+ years of experience in industrial, consulting, or research settings

- Experience with water and wastewater projects

- Expertise in Reverse Osmosis treatment processes and membrane performance modeling

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Ability to work independently

- Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications include:

- A graduate degree in a relevant field

- Familiarity with cutting-edge Reverse Osmosis treatment processes

- Pilot plant design and operation experience

- Knowledge of relevant EPA regulations

- Bilingualism in Spanish
