## Description

As a Red Bull Student Marketeer, you'll be part of the most dynamic and empowered brand ambassador programme in the world. Reporting to the local Field Marketing Specialist, you'll learn about Red Bull's target group and drive the brand image and product understanding on your campus and in the region.

Your responsibilities will include building and executing a tailored campus plan, engaging students, and growing the user base by inviting positive trial and awareness of Red Bull. You'll also work at Red Bull events, collegiate activations, and supported events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers.

Key aspects of the role include:

- Being a brand and product ambassador, representing Red Bull in a premium way through everyday interactions with consumers and customers

- Building and executing a tailored campus plan to engage students and bring the brand to life

- Creating a strong network on and around your campus, establishing and maintaining relationships with key local individuals

- Identifying local collegiate content creators and working with your FMS to bring them into the World of Red Bull

- Growing the user base by inviting positive trial and awareness of Red Bull through product sampling

- Working at Red Bull events, collegiate activations, and supported events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers

You'll work closely with the sales team to build relationships with local sales account managers and ensure Red Bull is available and visible in outlets on your campus and in your region.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be able to work flexible part-time hours, including some evenings and weekends, and be immersed in student life with an understanding of the collegiate landscape and local city.

You'll also need to be a team player, willing to represent Red Bull with branded outfits and onboard the Red Bull Mini.

Travel is expected to be minimal, around 0-10%.
