## Description

We are seeking a Scrum Master Senior Analyst to join our team at Cigna Healthcare. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of Agile/Scrum practices across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

- Cross-collaborate with team members from various functions, including data scientists, data analysts, data governance, technology, engineering, Quality Analysts, product owners, and others to drive outcomes.

- Guide the team and organisation on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.

- Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organisation and coach the team to higher levels of maturity.

- Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel.

- Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged.

- Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution.

- Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.

- Support and educate the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
