Working as a Starbucks Barista at Target involves providing an exceptional guest experience, ensuring that all customers have a smooth and easy shopping experience.

The role involves:

- Providing a consistent Starbucks experience for guests by curating handcrafted Starbucks food and drinks

- Managing food quality and freshness

- Following state and federal food safety and OSHA guidelines

- Creating an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience

- Greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues

- Supporting team efforts and assisting peers in other areas

- Adjusting to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience

- Upholding and maintaining the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards

- Executing food and beverage processes, including replenishment, inventory accuracy, and food safety

- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

Requirements:

- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required

- Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members

- Ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes

- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
