## Description

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Room Attendant to join our team at Soho Beach House Miami.

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for providing superb customer service to our guests, ensuring that assigned rooms are fully stocked, cleaned, and serviced to a high standard.

Main duties include:

- Ensuring cleanliness of guest rooms on a daily basis

- Changing linen daily

- Removing trash and linen from rooms

- Cleaning bathrooms and disinfecting

- Replacing used amenities after every guest departure

- Preparing beds with clean linen

- Reporting any defects in guest rooms or throughout the hotel

- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping daily

- Assisting guests as needed

To be successful in this role, you must be honest, organized, dependable, and have a great can-do attitude.

Required skills and qualifications:

- Basic verbal communication skills

- Flexible schedule

- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions

- Detail-oriented

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Regular and reliable attendance

Physical requirements:

- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull at least 30 pounds

- Ability to make periodical fast-paced movements

- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods of time
