## Description

3M is seeking an experienced Sales Representative for its Graphics Team located in Central Ontario.

As a Sr. Sales Account Representative for Graphics, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world.

**The Impact You’ll Make in this Role**

- Establishment and Achievement of Objectives: Effectively manage assigned territory, understand sales goals, and establish self-directed sales coverage with manager's assistance.

- Sales and Marketing: Apply business unit marketing policies, procedures, and plans, utilize selling process to achieve sales results, demonstrate and train internal and external customers on product applications.

- Coordination and Planning: Plan and manage time and resources for effective coverage of territory, communications, and other responsibilities.

- Administration: Maintain and communicate account and prospect information, maintain company resources and sales support materials.

- Leadership: Exhibit leadership with accounts, prospects, and peers, accept direction, and assume leadership as appropriate.

- Development: Continuously expected to learn and improve skills relative to the market, products, and applications.

**Requirements**

- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution AND three (3) years of Graphic sales or similar professional selling experiences in a private, public, government, or military environment.

- OR: High School diploma from an accredited institution AND ten (10) years of Graphic sales or similar professional selling experiences in a private, public, government, or military environment.

- Current, valid Driver’s License.

**Additional Qualifications**

- Three (3) + Sales Experience specific in the Graphics Industry

- Completed 3M Graphic Product Installer Training

- Salesforce (CRM) experience, Microsoft Office, Workday, Concur.

**Work Location:** Remote in Ontario/Great Toronto Canada.

**Travel:** May include up to 20% domestic travel.

**Relocation:** May be authorized.

The expected compensation range for this position is $100,591 - $132,781, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
