## Description

We are seeking a Salaried GP to join our team for 4 sessions per week. Our practice is located within a large Health Centre with multidisciplinary and community services on-site. We offer a supportive team culture with an open-door policy for clinical support and regular catch-ups.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- 4 clinical sessions per week of mix of face to face, telephone and online consultations

- Shared duty rota with support from multidisciplinary team

- Participation and attendance at weekly practice clinical meetings and ongoing service development

- Subject to interests, lead on diabetes/Frailty/mental health

**What We Offer:**

- BMA Model Contract £10,500 per session (dependent on experience/portfolio)
